2007-08 Flu Vaccine Information
The flu vaccine is available to UCF students, faculty and staff by
appointment only. No walk-in appointments are available.
You must have a valid UCF ID with you at your appointment, and be
free from acute illness.
All pregnant patients MUST have written approval from their OB/GYN
MD before the vaccine will be administered.

Students: $15
Faculty & Staff: $20

Attention BlueCross BlueShield patients:
You MUST make your
appointment with the BCBS scheduler by calling 407.823.4514. There is not
guarantee that BCBS will cover your vaccination. BCBS of Florida for state
of Florida employees only cover the vaccination for those 50 years of age or
older.

All BCBS
faculty, staff, or students must make their appointment with the BCBS
scheduler @ 407-823-4514. BCBS of Florida for State Employees only pays for
Flu vaccine for those 50 years of age or older.
