Ever feel stressed-out? Have problems with sleep? Trouble concentrating? Are there times where you’re more irritable, impatient or just unable to relax? If so, these are warning signs that you may be over stressed. Try the Stress Relief Stop to counteract those symptoms and experience relaxation.

This free program provides self-monitored biofeedback practice using interactive biofeedback devices, including The emWave PC Stress Relief system. It teaches you the Quick Coherence Technique to reduce stress, improve performance and help you sleep better.
