The Stress Relief Stop
The Biofeedback expansion, The Stress Relief Stop, was created to give
students an additional option to learn and experience various stress
management strategies. Students have the opportunity to use interactive
biofeedback equipment on an individual, non-therapist-facilitated basis.
There is an initial screening by the program supervisor, followed by initial
instruction for each participant. Participants will have the availability
for multiple, on-going sessions with the various pieces of equipment.
